Project Delivery
Our project delivery service takes your home energy improvements from approved design to completion. We coordinate the contractors, manage the programme, and carry out independent quality checks at every stage - so the work gets done right, in the right order, and to the standard it was designed to.
What project delivery covers
You've got a design and you've got appointed contractors. Now someone has to make sure the work actually gets done properly.
That's harder than it sounds. Contractors sometimes deviate from the specification because their way is quicker or cheaper. Problems get buried behind plasterboard before anyone notices. And when you're managing it yourself, you're the one chasing tradespeople, trying to work out whether what's been built matches what was designed, and making calls you don't have the technical background to make confidently.
With our project management service, you have someone on your side with the technical knowledge to hold contractors to account and catch issues while they're still easy to fix.
How it works
1. We get everything ready. Once your contractor is appointed and contracts are signed, your dedicated project coordinator agrees the programme of works, confirms start dates, and makes sure everyone understands their responsibilities before work begins. They're your single point of contact from this point on.
2. We coordinate the build. For projects with multiple specialist installers, we manage the sequencing and timing between trades - making sure each one arrives when the site is ready for them. For larger projects with a main contractor managing their own team, we monitor progress, resolve design queries from site, and make sure you get clear answers to any decisions that need your input.
3. We check the quality. We visit site at key stages to verify work is progressing in line with the approved design. If we spot issues, we flag them early while they're still straightforward to fix - not after the walls have been closed up. This catches problems that most homeowners wouldn't know to look for.
4. We hand over the finished project. Once installation is complete, we carry out a final inspection, make sure all documentation is in order - manuals, warranties, building regulations certificates - and confirm any remaining defects are resolved by the contractor. You receive a formal handover and everything you need for your property records.
5. We stay available after completion. Handover isn't the end of our involvement. If questions or issues come up after the project is finished, we're here to help - whether that's advising on next steps, liaising with the installer, or pointing you in the right direction for warranty claims.

"My coordinator was asking all the questions of the contractors about building control - I just wouldn't have a clue to ask. I felt very reassured."
