Home assessment

One of our experts physically inspects your entire property - walls, roof, floors, windows, heating system, and ventilation. Typically takes two to three hours.

Analysis of your homes data

Home energy plan

We use the survey data to digitally model your home's energy efficiency and produce a Home Energy Plan - phased recommendations for home upgrades with cost, bill savings, CO2 reduction, and EPC impact per measure.

Follow-up consultation

We walk through your plan together, answer any questions you still have, and agree how to move forward - whether that's acting independently or working with Furbnow to deliver your project.
