Scheme now ended (as of April 1st) - Services still available

60% off (up to £570) for the first 245 qualifying Surrey homes

Surrey County Council and Furbnow have partnered to plan and install home energy improvements for homeowners across the county.

While the discount scheme has now ended, we still survey your home and provide expert advice on how to make it energy-efficient and comfortable, year-round.

From there we can produce detailed plans, provide vetted installers and project manage the upgrades.

The limited-time discount offer has now concluded, but our full range of home energy services remains available to all Surrey homeowners. Contact us today to book your survey.

If you have any questions during the process, you can contact Furbnow who will be happy to help. You will find all contact details at the top of the website.

How to apply for the discounted home energy improvement rate in Surrey?

Surrey town
step-1

Click Get a quote for your Home Energy Plan

step-2

Enter some basic details about your home so we can determine your eligibility for the subsidised rate. You must be in the Surrey County Council area and have an EPC D or below (or no EPC).

step-3

You book and pay for your subsidised survey and Home Energy Plan, saving 60%. Then we’ll schedule the survey at a time that works for you and send our expert assessor to visit.

step-4

2 weeks after the survey, you receive your personalised Home Energy Plan. We will discuss and select which improvements you would like to install.

step-5

Furbnow can then help you select vetted contractors and manage the installation process. Furbnow fees for this support will be subsidised by 60% for works starting before 31 March 2025/whilst Surrey CC funding lasts.

Remember, there's no obligation to proceed with any work after receiving your Home Energy Plan. This scheme is designed to help you make informed decisions about improving your home's energy efficiency.
