Your path to a warmer, more efficient home

Here's how we help you make your home cosy, low-carbon and cheap to run all year round.

Step 1

Start with a conversation

We like to start with a short (free) call to understand your situation. We'll ask about your home, what you'd like to achieve, and what's prompted you to look into this now. It's a chance to talk through your priorities and work out whether our service is right for you.

Step 2

We assess your options

Before any work can be designed or priced, we need to understand your home properly. That starts with a professional site visit from a retrofit assessor - a roughly two-hour survey covering your home's building fabric, insulation, heating, and ventilation.

Then, we analyse the survey data, and set up a planning call with you to review your options. A retrofit coordinator walks you through which upgrades we'd recommend, with estimated costs and savings. You decide which ones go into your design.

Step 3

We design your project

With a clear picture of what your home needs, we produce your BuildPack. It's a single document with everything needed to deliver your home energy project: a phased, sequenced build plan with full product specifications and installer instructions for every upgrade, alongside floor plans and technical drawings where relevant.

You now know exactly what needs doing, where, in which order, and how - meaning no guesswork on site and no expensive mistakes.

Step 4

Take your plan to installers

The BuildPack is yours. We provide you with quotes from our network of trusted, vetted installers who'll get the project done right. If you already have contractors lined up or would prefer to find your own, the plan has enough detail for you to hand it straight to your own builder, architect, or installers.

Step 5

Enjoy your warm, efficient home

When the work is done, you've got the home you wanted: warmer, greener and cheaper to run.

Thanks to your whole-house design and plan, you've made the right long-term choices for your home, with upgrades that work together and no expensive remedial works.
