Every home and situation is different, so every project with us looks a little different too. Here's how we get you from the first conversation to a home that's comfortable and efficient.

We like to start with a short call to understand your situation. One of our team will ask about your home, what you'd like to achieve, and what's prompted you to look into this now. It's a chance to talk through your options and work out the right next step together.
Step 2
Understand your home
Before any work can be designed or priced, we need to understand your home properly. That starts with a professional site visit - a two to three hour survey covering your home's building fabric, insulation, heating, and ventilation. From this, we typically produce a Home Energy Plan: a whole-house assessment that tells you which improvements make sense, in what order, and what each one will cost.
Step 3
Design your project
With a clear picture of what your home needs, the next step is turning that into a properly specified, priced project. We produce detailed technical specifications and, where needed, construction-ready drawings. Then we take the complete package to our vetted contractor network so you get quotes based on the same specification.
Step 4
Get it built properly
Once your design is complete and contractors are appointed, your project coordinator will schedule the works, coordinate between trades, and carry out independent quality inspections at key stages. If something isn't right, they catch it while it's still straightforward to fix, not after everything's been closed up and finished.
Step 5
Enjoy your warm, efficient home
When the work is complete, we carry out a final inspection and hand over everything you need: manuals, warranties, and building regulations certificates. And if questions come up after the project is finished, we're still here.
